This Privacy Policy explains how pisces soft ("we", "us")
collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AI girlfriend mobile
application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this Policy.
1. Important notice about AI
- The companions in the App are AI-generated characters, not real people. All profile photos, videos, and messages are produced by artificial intelligence.
- The App is for entertainment and companionship only. It is not a source of professional, medical, legal, or crisis advice. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a helpline.
- The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow or collect data from anyone under 18.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optional display name.
- Age & profile: date of birth / age confirmation (to enforce the 18+ requirement), and your companion preferences (gender and interest selections).
- Google Sign-In (optional): if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and name to create or access your account.
- Chat content: the messages you send to and receive from AI companions.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: message counts, daily activity, and AI token/usage metrics used for limits and service operation.
- Device & technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, language/region, and advertising identifiers used to serve ads.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and basic analytics to keep the App stable.
3. How we use information
- To provide the core service — create your account, generate AI replies, and remember recent conversation context.
- To personalize which companions are shown to you based on your saved preferences.
- To enforce usage limits, the 18+ requirement, security, and our Community Guidelines (including moderating abuse/misuse).
- To display advertising and measure its performance.
- To diagnose crashes, improve features, and provide support (e.g., password reset).
4. AI processing of your messages
To generate replies, the contents of your chat messages (and recent conversation context) are sent to third-party AI model providers — OpenAI and Google (Gemini) — who process them to return a response. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information (financial details, government IDs, health data, passwords) in chats.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
We use Google AdMob to show ads. As a result of using AdMob, Google and its partners may
collect and use information — including device/advertising identifiers and usage data — to
serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.
- In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we present a consent message (Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads; you can choose to consent or not.
- Premium/ad-free experiences and ad behavior may change over time.

6. Service providers we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with providers that help us run the App:
- OpenAI and Google (Gemini) — AI reply generation (chat content).
- Google AdMob — advertising.
- Google Sign-In — optional authentication.
- Google Cloud Storage — hosting companion images/videos.
- Google Firebase — crash reporting and analytics.
- Email provider (SMTP) — sending password-reset codes.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.
7. Data retention & deletion
- We keep your account and chat data while your account is active.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the App. This removes your account and associated data (chats, preferences, usage) from our database.
- You may also email us at vidittechsquad@gmail.com to request access or deletion.
8. Security
We protect data with industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed on servers and by service providers located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw ad-consent. To exercise these, use in-app controls or contact us at vidittechsquad@gmail.com.
11. Children
The App is strictly for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has used the App, contact us and we will remove the account.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
