This page explains how to delete your AI girlfriend account and what data is
removed when you do. You can delete your account at any time, directly from inside the app.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open the AI girlfriend app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Settings screen.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation message, then tap Delete to confirm.
- Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Heads up: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be
undone. It removes your account and all of your chats right away.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in to the app, you can ask us to delete your account for you. Email
vidittechsquad@gmail.com from the email address
linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".
- We will verify that the request comes from the account owner.
- We will complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your request and
confirm by email once it is done.
What data is deleted
- Your account (email address and login credentials).
- Your profile and preferences (such as display name and companion settings).
- All of your chat messages and conversation history with AI companions.
What may be kept, and for how long
- We may retain limited records required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention
purposes (for example, transaction or billing records) for as long as the law requires.
- Any retained records are kept secure and are not used to re-create your account.
